Sony's Very Pricey Walkman $1,200 Unveiled At CES
Las Vegas, Nevada – At the 2015 CES (Consumer Electronics Show) in Las Vegas, Sony unveiled their latest version of the Walkman (NW-ZX2) which is priced at $1,200. The improved model will definitely have a better sound and technology compared to the Sony Walkman of the 1980s. The device run on Android with a touchscreen display. It supports high resolution audio playback and is wired for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC.
The company said that if you connect the Sony Walkman NW-ZX2 to a top-of-the-line headphones or speakers, the S-Master HX processor will give the highest of high-definition sound. It said that the device has 60 hours of music playback with its lithium-ion battery, 128GB of memory, and expandable storage using a microSD slot.
It is expected to be released sometime this spring.
